How Yuke processes contact, account and order data under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
Data we process
The platform processes only the data required to manage customer accounts, orders and fulfilment: identity and contact fields, shipping and invoice details, order notes and the status history attached to each order.
Purposes of processing
Data is processed to fulfil orders, maintain account history, perform contractual obligations and support platform operations. Data is not collected for unrelated profiling or unsolicited marketing.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Use the contact channels in your account for such requests.
