The mandatory pre-contract disclosure provided to the buyer before ordering, as required by the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Seller information
Seller: Yuke. Legal identity and contact details appear on the order confirmation and invoice; current contact channels are available from the account area.
Product and price information
The essential characteristics of the ordered products are described on the product pages; quantities, unit prices and the VAT-inclusive total are shown in the checkout order summary.
Shipping charges are itemised in the order summary. Orders above the stated threshold ship free of charge.
Payment and delivery
Until online payment is enabled, orders are recorded in 'pending payment' status and payment terms are confirmed with the buyer separately. Delivery is made to the address on the order form within thirty days at the latest.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days of delivery. Products customised to the buyer's specifications are exempt. Details are set out in the distance sales agreement.
Complaints and applications
The buyer may submit complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence.
