Distance sales agreement

Parties and subject

This agreement is made between the seller, Yuke, and the buyer identified on the order form. It governs the sale and delivery of the products in the online order and the rights and obligations of both parties.

The order summary, product characteristics, quantities, total price including taxes and delivery details are shown on the order confirmation screen and stored with the order record.

Price and payment

Product prices are shown in Turkish Lira and include VAT (KDV). Shipping charges are added to the order total at checkout and displayed to the buyer before the order is confirmed.

Until online payment is enabled, orders are created in 'pending payment' status; payment and collection terms are confirmed separately between the seller and the buyer.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address stated on the order form within the statutory maximum of thirty days. Lead times shown on product pages are used for shipment planning.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty. Withdrawal notices may be submitted in writing via the contact channels in the account area.

Products manufactured or customised to the buyer's specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Dispute resolution

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
